Finding silence and beauty within

I’m suggesting you to play this song while you are reading.

There are shadows that bring to life the essence of the ordinary.

But there is also place for some extraordinary… “extraordinary”… such a wise word! Don’t you think?

“Extra” – “ordinary” actually. Just because we need just some extra to ordinary. It’s just optional. From time to time.

We were often used to always search for this extra as being part of the whole true life itself… but life is just not “extra”. Life is a playground for these two words(ordinary + extra).

Sometimes the beauty of ordinary leaves you speechless.

Embracing the ordinary is embracing life. It’s embracing feelings. It’s embracing dear ones for who they are, it’s knowing them better daily in their special type of routines.

It’s embracing tears, it’s embracing little sunshine of your smiling cheeks, it’s embracing grief, it’s embracing that wild train of life that always moves you on, even sometimes from stops those views and feelings you wouldn’t initially like to ever let go…

It’s embracing your morning coffee/tea reflections at the window, it’s learning to understand the concept of death on your own pace, on your own way… it’s embracing the race instinct you are tempted to always follow, it’s embracing slowing down in an “overproductive” oriented world…

It’s embracing your unique path, even if that path has shadows from time to time and unknown streets, there is still a lot of sun on your journey that is awaiting you, even if you couldn’t perceive them clearly… shy lights that show you marks about that in dark cloudy days.

What I mean through that is that you could enlighten your days up more with feelings of true gratitude that pour so much love for yourself and for the world… you can’t bring all the sun on the sky with its warm, but you could bring some light trough gratitude… that’s your inner powerful tool.

The uncertainty scares us… but what could give us power in the uncertain, is just getting more aware of: “What are those little things in life about we are actually certain now of? What can you control?”

As Victor Frankl once said: “The only freedom that human being has is attitude”.

So if attitude is the first most important tool that we have, that
are always in control of, we should all begin with that… that’s a precious inner gift that we possess, especially through self-reflection. And yes, that’s the first “control” you have.

Then… your small routines, your own “ordinary”, that you could follow, and upgrade them, becoming better at them just getting through…

Also… your short-term plans… and designing your general view upon how your life you would like to be felt, lived and what’s your message to the world…

It’s such a good time for self-reflection, enjoying the ordinary through routine activities and thinking about what truly matters for you.

It’s time for embracing your self… and variety of colours of the whole life and world itself…

Let the “extra” just be… “extra”.

Ordinary brings you the “extra” light… when you don’t expect it…

And it just makes you truly smile…

Some little extras are just like spices…

They mix and condiment our lives in such a beautiful way…

but… without the gratitude for the ordinary “extra” soon will become meaningless…

It happens every time…

Now it’s just time for silence… and some ordinary in the chaos.

Life has many kinds of shapes and colours… more of them unexpectedly that beautiful and wild, in a way that move your spirit, drawing flowers on the chest while playing precious tunes deep-drawn within it… as a beating illustration to the world…

Those moments are always emphasized by some shadows… craving the beauty of “extra”… embracing the world.

What’s your beating illustration to the world?
